How far ahead should I order?
Two weeks for cakes and dessert tables, one week for everything else. In a hurry? Ask anyway: sometimes we can fit you in.
How do I pay?
We send you a price first. Half holds your date, and the rest is due when you pick up or we deliver.
Do you deliver?
Within 15 miles of the kitchen, for a small fee. Pickup is free, Tuesday to Saturday, 10 am to 4 pm.
Can you match my party's theme?
Yes. Send a photo or a few words with your order, and we'll sketch an idea back to you.
What about allergies?
Everything is made in a kitchen that uses wheat, eggs, dairy and nuts. Tell us about any allergy and we'll say honestly what we can make.
How long do desserts keep?
Cakes are best within two days and cookies within five. Keep cakes cool, and in the fridge only if they have fresh cream.
Are candles safe around pets and children?
Soy wax and cotton wicks burn cleanly, but keep any flame out of reach and never leave one burning alone.
Can I order for favors or a shop?
Yes: wedding favors, gift bags, shop shelves. Write to us at hello@example.com with how many and when.
